We actually discovered the frame damage only after their Upholsterer team stripped the old fabric and showed me photos through their client portal, which I hadn’t expected but appreciated. Instead of just re-covering it, they reinforced the joints and used a webbing stretcher to correctly retension the seat before applying the new fabric. The whole process took just under three weeks from pickup to delivery, and they kept me updated at each stage without me having to chase them down. The sofa now feels solid when you sit on it, not just prettier, and it’s back in our living room being used daily instead of roped off like it was before.
